How do I join the fund?
- Contact the Sports and Welfare Fund inbox (sportsandwelfarefund@wmfs.net) to request a validation code.
- Once we’ve sent you a code, click the Register link here.
- Enter your validation code, fill out all other required fields and create a password for your account.
- We will then send a membership form to the email address used to register for you to complete. Please allow three working days for this. (You will be prompted to enter additional information such as how many prize draw numbers you would like or to sign up to the travel/life insurance policy. These are optional extras which would be deducted from your pay by the Sports and Welfare Fund.)
- Once this is completed, we will send a notification to confirm your membership. Please allow 24/48 hours for your membership to be processed.
Forgotten your password?
Email the Sports and Welfare inbox (sportsandwelfarefund@wmfs.net) asking to reset your password and a member of the team will send you a link to reset your password.
The S&W website requires an eight-letter or more strong password. Use the strength indicator when adding your new password.
Here are a few critical points on password security that users must know to reduce the likelihood of a hacker cracking their password and gaining access to this website.
- Most importantly, passwords must be long and complex.
- Long and complex passwords require more effort and time for a hacker to guess.
- Passwords should contain at least eight characters and have a combination of characters such as commas, percentage signs, parentheses, and upper-case and lower-case letters and numbers.
- Users should never write down their passwords, making it easier for the passwords to be stolen and used by someone else.
- Also, never use the same password for two or more sites, as hackers who break into one machine will try to use the same password to take control of others.
How am I charged for my membership?
Once you have entered your details, a direct debit is set up and the £2.17 membership fee is deducted from your monthly pay. This will appear as a deduction on your payslip.
Can I have two accounts?
No. Only one account per roll number is allowed. We use the information you give us to check if you are already a member. If you are already registered, a member of the team will get back in touch and let you know.
What do I do if I can’t remember if I’m a member?
No problem. Send us an email with your name and roll number and we’ll let you know.
How do I increase my Prize Draw numbers?
Email the Sports and Welfare inbox with your name and roll number. Here you can ask how many Prize Draw numbers you have or request to have your numbers increased. We will adjust your payment accordingly.
How do I book tickets?
Booking tickets is simple. Just look for the ‘Book Now’ button or the how to redeem box at the bottom of each page.

Why do we need your personal email to register on the website?
You will need an email address to register on this website. Your email will allow you to gain access to the latest deals and receive up to date promotional offers. We send email deals out weekly.
